Street Outreach is a program targeting youths who are at high risk of HIV infection. The program, which focuses on gay adolescent males and females in public housing, helps young people identify high-risk behavior, and provides them with HIV/AIDS prevention and testing information. Street Outreach also gives AIDS/HIV 101 presentations on request, and does general outreach work.

This program is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and DC Department of Health's HIV/AIDS Administration (HAA).
