The unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited in the workplace, which is defined to include Metro TeenAIDS offices, any affiliated work sites, and all other sites where volunteers and employees are engaged in Metro TeenAIDS business. Any volunteer convicted of violating any criminal drug statue for a violation occurring in the workplace must notify the Director of Metro TeenAIDS no later than five (5) days after such conviction.
