Capacity Building Trainer
The MTA Capacity Building Trainer is responsible for designing and implementing educational and technical assistance to community based organizations, government agencies and school programs. This position will be responsible for both continuing current training programs, and ensuring that staff are trained and up to date on latest HIV and youth development principles. This position will work with other MTA staff and partnerships to expand MTA programs and training services.
This position is also responsible for maintaining program records and preparing timely program reports for the department and external funders. This position is also responsible for the development and delivery of evaluation training activities for internal MTA employee development. This position reports to the Director of Evaluation and Capacity Building and is based out of our Washington, D.C. office.

Grants Coordinator (Part-Time)
Metro TeenAIDS (MTA) submits over 100 grants and funding requests annually, and reports on approximately 30 funded proposals during the year. MTA is seeking a professional to serve as its primary grant system coordinator. The position will lead a team of 4-5 consultant grant-writers to: ensure the timely, innovative and accurate creation and submission of all grant and funding requests (including all application and report related documents and attachments); research the latest statistics and research appropriate for inclusion in grant requests; conduct prospecting to identify new funding opportunities; and occasionally draft proposals and reports to funding agencies (i.e. interim and final reports).
This position serves as the lead liaison between the program team and the grant writers in order to develop proposal/report narrative and grant objectives.

Office Administrator
Metro TeenAIDS is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to provide support to our growing organization. This position will support the smooth and efficient operation of this community-based nonprofit organization with 50 full time staff and 40 youth staff. This individual must enjoy working among diverse staff and youth. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
This position will be divided into three main parts; providing administrative support to MTA’s financial operations, coordinating and proactively maintaining an efficient, clean, organized and operational office environment for all MTA employees and supporting the day-to-day operations of all MTA office locations in an administrative assistant capacity.
