World AIDS Day – The Golden Ticket: Party for Prevention Concert

To commemorate World AIDS Day, Metro TeenAIDS hosts the annual “The Golden Ticket: Party for Prevention” event. “The Golden Ticket” brings in local artists/musicians to perform in an open-mic style environment attracting hundreds of DC youth. In December 2011, we had the honor of having DJ Money of WKYS 93.9FM, Raheem DeVaughn & KingPen Slim make an appearance and educate the youth on HIV prevention & awareness. This event has become our most popular event of the year.
